  • Appointments and Services - will start @ 10.00am and will be limited throughout the day. However please note, there will be a doctor available to speak to if you have a medical emergency before this time.
  • Repeat Prescriptions – please make sure you order your prescriptions early as there will be a reduced service following this date for 1 week. Prescriptions will be processed within 72 hours during this period

  • On-line & Telephone Appointment booking will not be available from 1pm until close of play at 6.30pm on this day.

The doctors and staff at Farnham Dene Medical practice are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.

We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, family planning and childhood vaccinations.

Our practice

We are located over 2 sites – the Farnham Centre for Health in central Farnham as well as Lodge Hill Road, Lower Bourne. Both are recently built premises and the Farnham Centre for Health also provides radiography, physiotherapy, a renal dialysis unit and a pharmacy.

Automated Booking System

Where possible, please use our automated booking system which is available 24 hours per day 7 days per week for booking, checking or cancelling appointments with the doctors or for blood tests, smear appointments and INR's.
