Action for Carers Surrey Event

Guildford Rugby Club




  • 1.30pm Arrival and registration
  • 1.45-3pm Guest speakers will provide information on keeping hydrated and preventing falls
  • 3-4pm Tea and cake will be served
  • There will be a number of information stalls present and free gifts for all attendees

During Carers Week the North East Hampshire and Farnham Clinical Commissioning Group are holding an information, advice and support day. All carers are welcome to come along and speak to staff from various organisations who can talk to you about the information and advice you need and to signpost you to the support that is available to you.

Hand massage provided throughout the day by Action for Carers.

MS Support & Therapy Group

We are a small, friendly group of people of all ages with Multiple Sclerosis who meet at Farnborough Community Centre most Thursdays 10am-1pm for coffee, a light lunch, advice and a chat. Therapies range from seated yoga and fitness exercises to Reiki and reflexology. New members welcome.
