Why do I need to Register for this service?

Do I need to Register every time I request a prescription?
No, this only needs to be done the first time that you use the service
What if I do not receive an email allowing me to activate the system?
Please make sure that you follow all of the steps in our help sheet. If you still have problems please contact the surgery and we will help you further.
Will I receive an email confirming receipt of my request?
No, you will not receive an email, but the system stores a history of everything you ordered under "Repeat Request History".
Can I use my email address for more than one family member?
Yes, log on in the usual way as above using email address and password. In the box entitled "save requests" click on the drop down arrow and choose new patient. Another patient's information can then be added and will be saved for next time.
Why can I not put the quantity in of the medication I am requesting?
The quantitiy of your repeat medication is decided by the doctor when it is first prescribed to you. This will not change and therefore when you make a request this is the quantity you will be prescribed.
How long will my prescription take to be issued
We do ask that you allow 24 hours for prescription requests.
