We are located over 2 sites – Farnham Centre for Health in central Farnham and Lodge Hill Road, Lower Bourne.

The same day service, Farnham Integrated Care Services (FICS), is based in Farnham Centre for Health as well as a pharmacy and services provided by Frimley Park Hospital such as radiography and blood tests.

We offer pre-bookable appointments in the evenings and on Saturday mornings in FICS which are booked through the reception team.
